Revisions

The following are not included in free revisions:

Once production has started (Step 5), orders are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

1. Shipping or Weather-Related Issues

► Repairable damage (for example, detached parts or melted styling gel)

• Send replacement parts when appropriate

Full refunds are not available for repairable damage.

2. Craftsmanship Issues

► Repairable production issues (for example, assembly or construction errors)

3. Our Mistake (Unwearable Wig)

If the wig cannot be worn because it does not match the measurements you provided, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We will offer:

• A remake, or
• A refund

For full refunds, a video showing the wig being destroyed may be required to prevent it from re-entering the market.

4. Customer Responsibility

► Incorrect measurements

We can provide paid alterations, but modification and shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

► Incorrect shipping information

Examples include:

• Missing house numbers
• Missing phone numbers
• Abbreviated addresses

Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect address information.

If the package must be reshipped, the customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
